Workpiece surface treatment by shot blasting machine to get a clean

strength, corrosion resistance of the steel and enhances its
intrinsic quality, extending its service life.
5. Automatic Spraying System
Surface spraying process, high-voltage electrostatic spraying
(large cyclone automated high-voltage electrostatic powder
spraying). No organic solvents, no harm or pollution to human
environment.
6. Curing System
Use energy-saving and environmentally friendly low-carbon
combustion engine, with a curing temperature of 180 to 220 degrees.
The finished product has superb wear resistance, scratch
resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and
fading resistance.
Packaging: To ensure the safety and integrity of the products during transportation, we use professional packaging for wrought iron railings and fences. First, each product is wrapped with bubble wrap or protective film to prevent scratches and damage. Second, we use sturdy cardboard boxes or wooden crates for external packaging to protect against external impact during transport. Additionally, depending on the specific size and shape of the products, foam boards or fillers are added inside the box to secure the products and prevent movement and collision.
