Surface Treatment

Workpiece surface treatment by shot blasting machine to get a clean surface with a certain level of roughness.
It improves the
fatigue strength, corrosion resistance of the steel and enhances its intrinsic quality, extending its service life

Automatic Spraying System
Surface spraying process, high-voltage electrostatic spraying (large cyclone automated high-voltage electrostatic powder spraying). No organic solvents, no harm or pollution to human environment.

Curing System

Use energy-saving and environmentally friendly low-carbon combustion engine, with a curing temperature of 180 to 220
degrees. The finished product has superb wear resistance, scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and fading resistance.
