Staircase& Railing after finish, our workers will check each part of railing one by one, from the baluster to screw, not only the surface but also dimension. Staircase after production, we will do the trial-assemble to make sure the dimension and stair run well.

3. Save Your Energy
Measurement if needs, we would appreciate to offer the measurement service for your apartment or residential project. Collect the goods if needs, only need to let us know your other goods location, then we will help to arrange the loading. Arrange shipment if need, we would appreciate to help you arrange the shipment, CIF or DDU both available. Installation if needs, we would appreciate to send our installation team to your site and offer the installation for your apartment or residential project.

If our product's problem, we will free replace the according product to client within 5 years

Package and Shipping

All products are well packed and meet the international standard shipping requirement.

Each product will be completely cleaned and fully wrapped by plastic bag/EPE paper to protect the surface not damaged by scratch. Its individually packed by compound paper and cardboard. Finally the required quantity to be fixed on the steel pallet.

Order Procedure

1. Valid quotation provided by Xinye.

2. Price and samples, drawings, and production times are confirmed by you.

3. We'll arrange a Purchase Order with you as confirmation.

4. Arrange to pay the deposit on your order and send us the bank receipt.

5. Once we receive payment, we will send you drawings and/or sample products for your approval.

6. Once approved, we will start production and inform you of the estimated completion time.

7. At approximately halfway through, we will contact you again to inform you of the status of the order and reconfirm the estimated time again.

8. When your order is complete, we'll inform you that we have finished production.

9. We arrange to ship the goods and send a copy of the Bill of Lading document to you so that you can arrange to pay the balance of the order.

10. After delivery, we'd appreciate some feedback about the quality of our service, including market research and suggestions to improve our process.
